Atlas MTT Ltd. presents the new SUNTEST XXL+ at the SURFEX 2006 in Manchester
Linsengericht/Germany / Mai, 2006 - The largest and most comprehensive UK exhibition for surface coatings, printing inks, adhesives, corrosion and construction chemicals industries, the SURFEX, will be held at the Manchester GMex international centre during the 21st - 22nd June 2006.
Atlas, which offers an extensive range of weathering and light fastness testing instruments designed for the coatings and paint industry, can be found at booth 151. At the Show, Atlas will introduce its newest SUNTEST XXL+ flatbed exposure system.
Being the largest member of the SUNTEST family, the XXL/XXL+ offers a large variety of testing capabilities such as:
·3,000 cm2 exposure area
·Touch screen control and colour display
·Simplified programming with up to 10 user-programmable tests, each with as many as 12 phases. Dynamic disk space allows for the storage for at least 10 pre-programmed tests
·Real-time display of all test parameters and trend plot: irradiance, Black Standard Temperature (BST) or Black Panel Temperature (BPT) and Chamber Air Temperature (CHT)
·Irradiance control at 300 nm - 400 nm, 340 nm, or 420 nm
·Specimen spray (XXL+ only)
This easy-to use xenon instrument is ideal for screening new materials for various end use environments, for quality control on incoming materials and components, for conducting routine testing during production, and for testing 3-D samples.
