XC2020 Xenon Weather-Ometer®

The XC2020 combines accelerated weathering test with extreme climatic conditions, simulating material stress of products that are exposed to large differences in temperature worldwide.

 





  • Light source: 6500 watt water cooled xenon arc lamp.
  • Total exposure area: 6,500 cm2 (1,008 in2)
  • Full color touch screen control panel and display of all parameters
  • Chamber Temperature range: Light on -20 °C to 100 °C (up to 120 °C with option); Light off -35 °C to 100 °C (up to 120°C with option); Accuracy +/- 2°C
  • Humidity range: Light on 25 to 95% RH; Light off 25 to 98% RH
  • Water spray: specimen (back) and rack (front)
  • Compressor with two cooling rates for fast and precise cooling
  • Simple maintenance and service - easy access
  • Controlled irradiance at 340 nm, 420 nm or 300-400 nm
  • Filter combinations
  • Six channel chart recorder with serial or enhanced RS422A interface
  • Monitoring of second wavelength (300-400 nm, 340 nm, 420 nm) including beam splitter, dual filter housing and lamp calibration
  • Auxiliary filter lantern for meeting FAKRA test requirements
  • Cooling system (Ultrafilter) to cool down compressor and avoid tap water consumption
