Atlas Exhibiting in Frankfurt
Meet Atlas experts at the techtextil exhibition in Frankfurt, Germany from 23-26 April, at booth no. B39 in Hall 12. Exhibitors at techtextil will present the entire spectrum of technical textiles, nonwovens, functional apparel textiles, and testing technology.
This time, Atlas will be showcasing its dedicated textile weathering instruments – the large Atlas XENOTEST 440 and the practical benchtop tester SUNTEST XLS+. Both xenon-arc devices closely simulate real-world exposure to sunlight, temperature, and moisture under accelerated conditions. Thus, enabling accurate assessment of color fastness and durability in a relatively short period of time.
The natural aging processes that occur outdoors or indoors over months or years, such as color fading or loss of strength, can be effectively simulated within weeks using the XENOTEST or SUNTEST.
Accelerated weathering and lightfastness testing supports manufacturers around the world to ensuring product quality and longevity as expected.
